How do I request a viewing?
Open a listing and complete “Request a viewing”, or contact us with its reference. Your chosen time is a preference: we coordinate with the owner and confirm before you travel.
Do you have a public office?
We provide assistance by phone, email and WhatsApp, with property visits by prior arrangement. We do not have an office open to the public.
Why are prices shown in dollars and quetzales?
We show the listed currency and a reference equivalent. The ≈ symbol indicates an approximate conversion; the rate and date appear on the website. Confirm the payment currency, final price and applicable charges before proceeding.
Does the price include taxes, maintenance and utilities?
This depends on the individual property. We display supplied information in its listing. If a detail is missing, ask us: a charge, utility or furnishing should not be assumed included just because it appears in a photograph.
How can I check whether a property is still available?
Check the status and ask about the listing reference before arranging a visit. When an owner confirmation has been recorded, we display its date. Status can change, so we reconfirm conditions before proceeding.
Can you help me sell or rent my property?
Yes. Use the Owners section to send the location, features and your contact details. We discuss price, photography and working terms. Submitting the form starts an enquiry; it does not automatically publish the property or replace an agreement.
